Acupuncture
Veterinary acupuncture is a special interest of Dr. Lee who is a member of the International Veterinary Acupuncture Society. Usually, 30- minute appointments are booked for these treatment sessions.
Acupuncture has been found to be a very useful additional therapy, especially where conventional medicine cannot be used or is ineffective. While acupuncture is used most commonly in spinal disease and arthritis, it can also be used for behavioural and many other conditions. With pets that are ‘needle shy’ such as cats and some dogs, we commonly use laser acupuncture.
